OutCast Don

I was born in 1957 in Boston Mass. At the age of three, my parents moved to Connecticut. Two years later, I tracked them down and insisted that they finish raising me. After a typical suburban childhood, I moved to L.A. to persue standup comedy. There I learned a valuable lesson... I wasn't funny. That dream faded, reality kicked in and I secured a job with Federal Express as their dispatcher. While being on the radio 10 hours a day, I caught the radio bug. So I enrolled in broadcasting school, which ultimately led to this bizarre adventure. Since then, I've spent the last 24 years working every kind of format, on both coasts and a few places in between.

So, just what is OutCast Radio? It is a daily dose of lifestyle talk, political opinion, improvisational comedy and a cry for psychological help. In reality, it's a place where freedom of speech still lives. Where your opinion counts. One of the last places where the voiceless have a voice... By the way... It's a lot of fun... Better than having a real Job!

Honey Simons

Miss Honey has always been a very busy person. She followed her military husband from pillar to post. She lived in Guam for a tour, then stateside in numerous states. She once was the Director of Youth Activities at the 15th AF, then on to Puerto Rico for a tour and finally back to Polk County for RETIREMENT!!!

Miss Honey once worked for the local Chamber of Commerce and for the last 20 years, has been right here at KETX. The first 10 years were spent as co-host of a talk show with former station owner, Hal Haley and host of Metro Fair for the past 10 years. As Miss Honey puts it, "She's not as old as Andy Rooney, nor as young as O'Riley."

Webmaster J.R.

I was first exposed to computers in 1983. Eventhough my first computer was barely a real computer, (by today's standards), it was the catylist that propelled me to where I am today.
